Senior CBT Therapist | EMDR Therapist

Nishat Ahmed is a BABCP-accredited Senior Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist and EMDR Therapist with extensive experience supporting clients with a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and complex presentations.
Nishat provides high-intensity CBT and EMDR, combining these evidence-based modalities with elements of Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) and Mindfulness to create an integrative and holistic therapy experience.
Her approach emphasises collaboration — teaching clients practical skills and strategies to understand and change unhelpful thinking and behavioural patterns, while fostering insight, self-compassion, and emotional balance.

Thakmina is a BABCP accredited Senior Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist with over a decade of experience working within the NHS, including leadership roles in an inner London Talking Therapies service. She brings extensive experience in helping clients navigate complex emotional and psychological difficulties.
Thakmina works collaboratively with clients using evidence-based CBT to explore how patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving may contribute to and maintain difficulties. She takes a holistic, personalised approach, creating bespoke formulations that help you understand the origins of your challenges. From there, she guides you beyond the “why” and into the transformative “how,” providing practical strategies to break free from unhelpful cycles.
Recognising that faith, culture, and personal values can play a significant role in wellbeing, Thakmina integrates these elements into therapy, tailoring strategies to your unique journey. Her approach combines guided discovery, reflective exploration, and actionable techniques to help clients move from feeling stuck to experiencing meaningful change.

Senior CBT Therapist

Bilal is a senior CBT and Couples Therapist, fully accredited by the BABCP, with over 10 years of experience working across primary, secondary, and tertiary care. He currently works in an NHS mental health service, where he leads the couples therapy pathway, supports the recruitment and development of CBT therapists, and provides clinical supervision.
Bilal offers a warm, compassionate, and personalised approach to therapy. He recognises that our experiences, values, and beliefs deeply influence how we think, feel, and relate to others. This guides him to tailor therapy to each person’s unique perspective and needs, helping clients explore their struggles through a lens that honours both their mental health and spiritual wellbeing. His practice is inclusive and sensitive to culture, faith, and neurodiversity, creating a space where clients feel understood, respected, and supported throughout their therapeutic journey.
In Behavioural Couples Therapy, Bilal empowers couples to break free from unhelpful patterns. He guides them to create a safe space to open up and foster greater empathy, which builds healthier ways to connect and helps them move forward with renewed peace, clarity, and confidence in their relationship.

Counselling Therapist

Alishah provides a safe, supportive, and confidential space for individuals to explore personal challenges, emotions, and growth. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on helping you gain insight and develop coping strategies. Alishah’s key interest is in spiritual healing amongst adults and families.
Prior to becoming a counselling therapist she had worked in welfare rights and family law division since 2014, where she represented children and families helping them arrange childcare arrangements, child contact and general family law related issues.
Alishah possess strong personal qualities, empathetic as well as good communication skills. Alishah takes a holisitic, person centred approach and she practices mindfulness.

Senior CBT & EMDR Therpaist | Ayurvedic Consultant in Training

Sophie is an experienced psychotherapist with over ten years of practice, delivering evidence-based interventions to support individuals through a wide range of emotional and mental health challenges. She offers EMDR and Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapies, accredited by the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP), and integrates Third Wave approaches including Compassion-Focused therapies.
Her therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in compassion, ensuring that each person’s unique faith, culture, and values are deeply respected and incorporated into their healing journey.
Sophie has developed a particular interest in culturally and faith-aligned therapy, recognising the importance of spiritual understanding and identity in psychological wellbeing. She is currently training as an Ayurvedic Consultant, deepening her holistic approach to mind–body balance and natural healing.
With a special interest in trauma, PTSD, and perinatal wellbeing, Sophie provides a safe, understanding space for healing and growth.
She also has experience working with 11-18 year olds and can offer mentorship to young people who are in need of feeling understood and guided into more helpful cycles.

Registered Mental Health Nurse | Trainee Advanced Clinical Practitioner

Zehra has extensive experience working in mental health and addictions services, supporting individuals with complex emotional and behavioural needs. Her approach is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and evidence-based practice, drawing on skills in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and experience in ADHD and autism assessment.
She offers skills-based sessions to help individuals strengthen emotional regulation, improve communication, and develop effective coping strategies. Zehra also provides psychoeducation and guidance around mental health and recovery, empowering clients to understand their experiences and make meaningful change.
With a faith-sensitive and culturally informed approach, she integrates psychological understanding with Islamic principles for those who wish to include their faith in the healing process. In addition, Zehra offers addiction support coaching and reflective spaces for professionals seeking guidance around their own wellbeing and growth.
